RayNeo GT Series Launch
What is the RayNeo GT series all about?
The most significant upgrade in this new lineup lies in its display capabilities . While standard AR glasses built for media consumption typically hover around a 45-degree field of view, the RayNeo GT Max pushes boundaries by expanding that to an impressive 59 degrees .
To achieve this, the glasses leverage RayNeoโs proprietary Peacock Optical Engine 3.0 Max alongside a novel hybrid prism light module . According to the company, this combination creates an immersive virtual viewing experience akin to watching a massive 267-inch screen from six meters away .
Further enhancing the visuals, the GT series introduces a next-generation Micro-OLED display powered by the Vision 4000, a dedicated image quality chip . This bespoke processor is engineered specifically to refine color accuracy and elevate image processing during video playback .
RayNeo GT Max Launch Date
In a major move for audio-visual fidelity, RayNeo has partnered with Dolby Laboratories . When paired with the RayNeo Magic Box 2 Dolby Vision Edition , the GT series reportedly becomes the worldโs first AR glasses kit to support Dolby Vision playback . This ambitious setup is designed to deliver striking, cinema-style contrast and advanced lighting performance .
Under the hood, the glasses boast a new dual-core system architecture . Working in tandem with the image processing chip is the Zone 360, a custom spatial computing processor . This addition enables native 3DoF (three degrees of freedom) spatial hovering and supports a variety of viewing options, such as follow mode, fixed mode, and advanced image stabilization .
On the audio front, RayNeo collaborated with the renowned Danish brand Bang & Olufsen to expertly tune the sound system . The resulting acoustic setup features quad speakers equipped with built-in spatial audio and precise 360-degree head tracking .
Remarkably, despite the inclusion of a much wider field of view, immersive spatial audio, and a complex dual-chip architecture, the RayNeo GT Max manages to weigh in at a highly portable 78 grams .
The GT series wonโt be sharing the spotlight alone; RayNeo is also expected to unveil the V4 , its next-generation AI-powered shooting glasses , at the same highly anticipated launch event later this month .
