To recharge, the hotspot features a USB-C port with support for 18W fast charging compatible with mainstream protocols like PD, QC, and PPS. Notably, it also includes a direct power supply mode . This clever feature allows the router to run directly from a wall outlet or external power source while completely bypassing the battery, preventing unnecessary wear and extending its overall lifespan .
The front of the device houses a convenient 1.44-inch touchscreen . This display allows users to easily monitor essential network metricsβsuch as signal strength , data usage , and remaining battery life βwithout having to open a companion app on their smartphones. Additionally, it can display a QR code , allowing guests to quickly scan and connect to the Wi-Fi network .

On the wireless front, the device supports Wi-Fi 6 (operating on the 2.4GHz band) and can handle up to 16 connected devices simultaneously. It utilizes OFDMA technology to efficiently allocate bandwidth across multiple connected smartphones or laptops. For cellular connectivity, the hotspot is compatible with standard FDD-LTE (B1, B3, B5, B8) and TDD-LTE (B34, B38, B39, B40, B41) bands .
In related news , ZTE also recently unveiled a high-performance 5G mobile router equipped with next-gen Wi-Fi 7 connectivity and dual 2.5GbE ports .
